*Cost of rentals, service fees apply

Wakefield Community Boating is ready to paddle into our 3rd year on Lake Quannapowitt and is excited to join the Melrose Community for boating on Ell Pond! Managed by The Boys & Girls Clubs of Stoneham & Wakefield, visitors to the lake and pond can rent kayaks by reserving online or in-person (first come first serve basis) and enjoy local businesses in the area.

Wakefield Community Boating: Set on the shores of beautiful Lake Quannapowitt, Wakefield Community Boating is next to the public playground and nearby the iconic bandstand on the town common. Lake Quannapowitt is one of two main lakes in Wakefield, Massachusetts and a popular setting for kayaking, walking, jogging and biking off Route 128 in Middlesex County.
